Earlier this week, it was the 13th anniversary of the murder of Notorious B.I.G. I wanted to do something in tribute, and this is what I come up with. Even I don’t know how I come up with this stuff.

This was a historic day that people still talk about in baseball circles!

This week’s Super Party webcomics is dedicated to all of the people I have been talking to in the last week who have been talking about getting started on making their own art. The lesson of this comic is that if you go for it, things might not go the way you want. But if you keep at it, you can make something magical happen.

People are always mistaking Benny Bunny for the Easter Bunny, and people often think that The Queen has taken cues from A Clockwork Orange.

But neither of those are true!

Benny Bunny is clearly way cooler than the Easter Bunny, and The Queen is just a girl who used to take her dad’s hat and jacket out of his closet to play dress up and kind of never gave them back. Whatevs!

This edition of Super Party is based on a true story.  I wanted red pants really bad but couldnt’ find any red men’s pants anywhere.  I was in a vintage shop and found some that were a sort of tomato soup color, a really light red.

The first time I wore them out, I saw an incident of road rage happening.  I shouted to the guy “Hey, there’s no problems!  Everything is beautiful!”  He looked up, pointed at me, started laughing as he said “You’re wearing pink pants!”, and got in his car and left.  I saved the day!

And then the dialogue in this edition of SUPER PARTY is pretty much every conversation I have ever had about those pants.  I still have those pants!  And now that I’m thinking about them,  I can’t wait to wear them again.

Much later on, I finally got my red pants which are now part of my Christmas suit.
